Ethan knows fairly little about PistolPanic, directly. As it stands, he is at once an irritation and a curiosity. FlickerFox is by far the strongest universal agent RIPPER has, and PistolPanic is the first (possibly the last) to almost be able to keep up with him. In Ethan's mind, there's little about him that's worth taking the time to learn - not because he couldn't use the information but because if he's overcome, then it's his time. If PistolPanic wants to keep opposing him, he'll meet him at every turn. He doesn't, in his mind, need a full dissertation on the man to do that.
PistolPanic wasn't even a question in Ethan's mind before he lost Lilly; he doesn't know whether it's because of his switching to accepting assassination jobs that he ran into Panic for the first time or if GRAFT hired him because no one else could keep up with Ethan himself.
